If you return an order that you paid for using Klarna (or another Buy Now, Pay Later option), your statement will automatically update once we process your refund request.
If you request an exchange or an e-Gift Card, your statement will not be adjusted. We recommend paying your balance at your earliest convenience to prevent late payment charges or negative impacts on your financial status.
If you receive payment reminders from Klarna but your statement has not yet been adjusted, we advise contacting Klarna directly - they may be able to pause your payment while you wait for your return to be processed.
