You have 45 days to exchange your items. You may exchange your items as many times as needed to find the perfect fit.
However, items requested through the portal cannot be reserved. If the requested item is out of stock when your return is processed, our Returns Team will contact you to organise a replacement, refund or e-Gift Card to the value of the item.
If you purchased an item during a sale and would like to exchange it for a different size, but your requested size is out of stock once the sale has ended, we’re unable to offer an alternative item at the original sale price.
To ensure that your return is processed quickly and efficiently:
- You do not need to return the full set if you only want to exchange part of it. However, if you’d prefer to return the full set in case your requested exchange item becomes unavailable, please register the entire set through our returns portal.
- Please note: if you wish to exchange an Intimates Thong, the matching suspender belt and leg garters must also be returned.
- If you’d prefer a different color or style, you’ll need to return your item for an e-Gift Card or refund, and repurchase your desired item.
- If your desired size is unavailable for exchange, but available on the website, this is because we don't have enough stock to guarantee availability when we receive your exchange. We’d recommend re-ordering while you can, and returning your item for a refund or e-Gift Card. If you choose to re-order via the website, we are unable to refund additional shipping fees.
- Exchanges will be processed once we receive your return parcel in our warehouse.
