You have 45 days to exchange your items.
Please note: Items requested through the portal cannot be reserved. If the requested item is out of stock when your return is processed, our Returns Team will contact you to organise a replacement, refund or gift card to the value of the item.
To ensure that your return is processed quickly and efficiently:
- You don't need to return a full set if you only wish to exchange part of the set. (Please note: if you wish to exchange an Intimates Thong, you must return the matching suspender belt.)
- If you’d prefer a different colour or style, you’ll need to return your item for a gift card or refund, and repurchase your desired item.
- If your desired size is unavailable for exchange, but available on the website, this is because we don't have enough stock to guarantee availability when we receive your exchange. We’d recommend re-ordering while you can, and returning your item for a refund or gift card.
- Exchanges will be processed once we receive your return parcel in our warehouse.
