You will have the option to cancel your order within 15 minutes of this being placed, via our new order editing feature. You can find this after checkout, on your order confirmation page.
After this 15-minute window, you'll no longer be able to amend or cancel your order, as our warehouse will be preparing this for dispatch as quickly as possible.
If you have a question regarding your order or are unable to amend your order using the method above, please do reach out to our Client Services team as quickly as possible with the below information:
- Order number
- Email address
- Phone number
- Current (incorrect) delivery address
- New (correct) delivery address
If you're unable to update your shipping address before dispatch, we recommend waiting until you receive your shipping confirmation email. We can't change your shipping address once the order is dispatched, however you can contact the courier directly using your tracking information to request any necessary changes.
Please note: Lounge is not liable to reship or refund any orders placed to an incorrect or invalid shipping address.
On some occasions, parcels sent to an incorrect address may be automatically returned. If your tracking link shows 'Returned to Sender', our Client Services team will be happy to investigate and re-ship your parcel.
