What can I do if you're not able to update this for me?
Whether we can amend your details will depend on the stage your parcel has reached in our warehouse processing system and you'll be advised of this by our Client Services team.
Our best recommendation would be to contact the courier directly once your order has been shipped.
You'll recieve a shipping confirmation with your tracking details, which you'll need to provide to the courier.
Please note that Lounge is not liable to reship or refund any orders placed to an incorrect or invalid address.
