All US refunds are subject to a fee of $3, which will be deducted from your final refund total. If you’ve ordered from outside the US, you will need to return your items independently and cover the associated costs.
Please note that return fees may vary depending on your location, as they are based on regional shipping and courier costs and therefore cannot be adjusted by Lounge. These fees cover fully tracked and insured return shipping to our returns warehouse in the UK.
Return fees do not apply when the 'Refund to e-Gift Card' option is selected, and exchanges are not subject to return fees and remain free of charge.

Please note: If the only option shown in our returns portal is 'self-ship return', you will need to send your order back to our UK warehouse at your own expense. Please ensure you use a fully tracked and insured postal service and keep your proof of return receipt until your return has been successfully processed.
