All US refunds are subject to a fee of $3, which will be deducted from your final refund total. If you’ve ordered from outside the US, you will need to return your items independently and cover the associated costs.
- Return fees do not apply when the "Refund to Gift Card" option is chosen.
- Exchanges are not subject to return fees and remain free of charge.
- No fee will be deducted if you return your items directly to a Lounge store.

Please note: If the only option shown in our returns portal is 'self-ship return', you’ll need to send your order back to our UK warehouse at your own expense. Please ensure you use a fully tracked and insured postal service and keep your proof of return receipt until your return has been successfully processed.
