- Your items can be returned up to 45 days from the day your parcel is dispatched.
- All items must be returned in their original condition, with all tags and labels attached. There should be no marks, stains, pulls or rips on the items. If your item arrives damaged, please contact Client Services.
- Please return items from separate orders in separate parcels to avoid delays in processing your return.
- Returned swimwear will only be accepted with the hygiene strip attached and undamaged.
- Refunds are based on the price of the product. Shipping and Gift Wrap charges are non-refundable.
- Please return only the items you have registered on the Returns Portal.
- Please retain tracked proof of postage for your return. Lounge is not liable for lost returns without proof of postage.
