If your return appears to be lost and hasn't been processed, you'll need to contact our Client Services team and provide tracked proof of postage.
Please kindly note that images or screenshots of tracking information cannot be accepted as proof of return. A physical or digital proof of postage receipt from the courier or drop-off point is required.
Lounge is not liable for lost returns and we may refuse a refund if proof of postage isn't available.
