Please only return the items registered through the Returns Portal. If your return request changes or you need to make any amendments, please contact our Client Services team as soon as possible.
- You have 30 days to return or exchange your items from the day your package was shipped from our warehouse.
- It's not required that the item has arrived at our warehouse within this timeframe - as long as you can provide proof that the item was shipped back before the deadline, your return will be accepted.
- Please return items from separate orders in separate parcels to avoid delays in processing your return.
- All items must be returned in their original condition, with all tags and labels attached. There should be no marks, stains, pulls or rips on the items. If your item arrives damaged, please contact Client Services.
- It's not necessary to use the original Lounge packaging to return your order. Any secure, watertight packaging will be accepted.
- Due to hygiene reasons, all products from our Underwear Accessories collection are non-returnable and bedding/hosiery items cannot be returned once the packaging has been opened. Please contact our team with a photo of the unopened package if you'd like to register a return.
- Returned swimwear and underwear will only be accepted with the hygiene strip attached and undamaged.
- When returning bottoms from our Intimates collections, you must return both the thong and suspenders.
- When returning bottoms purchased as part of our Bundle and Save deal, you will be refunded the amount shown next to the item on your order confirmation, minus the return fee.
- Refunds are based on the price paid for the product.
- Shipping, e-Gift Cards and Gift Wrap charges are non-refundable.
- Please retain tracked proof of postage for your return. Lounge is not liable for lost returns without proof of postage. Please kindly note that images of the tracking cannot be accepted as proof of return and a physical or digital receipt is required.
- Our virtual sizing guidance is designed to help you find your best fit as accurately as possible. However, as fit can vary between individuals and styles, we cannot guarantee that the recommended size will be the perfect fit, and return fees may still apply.
- Please note that Lounge orders cannot be returned at Selfridges concessions, and purchases made at Selfridges cannot be returned via our returns portal.
- Your return must be registered through the corresponding Returns Portal for the country where the order was placed. Returns cannot be processed across different stores (for example, an order placed in France cannot be returned in the UK). If you have moved countries since placing your order, please contact our Client Services team.
