Please note that a return label will not be included in your parcel. To generate a QR code or return label, please use the Returns Portal.
Please read our Returns Policy here to ensure you qualify for a return and then use the guidance below to help with registering your return:
- You don't need an account with us; just your order number and zip code, email address or phone number.
- To find your order number when making a return, use our helpful link here.
- To avoid issues with your return label/QR code, please ensure your return is sent back within 7 days of registration.
- Your return must be registered through the corresponding Returns Portal for the country where the order was placed. Returns cannot be processed across different stores (for example, an order placed in France cannot be returned in the UK). If you have moved countries since placing your order, please contact our Client Services Team.
- If you have placed an order using our US website and are not from mainland America, the Returns Portal may show that you are not eligible for a return. Please contact our Client Services Team using one of the icons below.
